The history of James Drewitt & Son Ltd is synonymous with construction in Bournemouth and the surrounding areas over the last 135 years and you can read more about our past in this section. However, the Company’s role has changed over the years from main stream general contracting to property owners and managers and being the parent company of Drewsons Building Maintenance and Drewlec.
Today James Drewitt & Son Ltd is at the heart of the Drewitt Group. It also owns and manages 27 industrial units on the Drewitt Industrial Estate and a number of small office suites within purposes built offices on Ringwood Road, Bournemouth. All of the Drewitt Group companies are based here as well. From time to time both industrial and offices become vacant and available to rent.
