When James Drewitt & Son Ltd stopped mainstream contracting in the early 1980’s the builders yard at 865 Ringwood Road was redeveloped into the Drewitt Industrial Estate. In addition whilst the Drewitt Group of Companies still occupy offices in Drewitt House (the building fronting Ringwood Road) many of the offices were and are let out to tenants.

This remains the case today with a thriving Estate comprising 27 industrial units ranging in size from 536 square feet (49.81 square metres) to 4930 square feet (458.18 square metres) providing a variety of accommodation to both local and national businesses. Drewitt House is also home to some 20 different businesses some of whom have been tenants with us for nearly 20 years.

Our Estate and Offices on the main A348 Ringwood Road are ideally located to serve both Bournemouth & Poole and further afield towards Southampton and the Midlands. The provision of on site management ensures that both the Estate and offices remain pleasant environments in which to work and we take pride in the fact that many tenants have been located here for a number of years.
